Sales Processing Center contains lots of information, but a lot of it is filled in by the application. Account managers have to document briefly, whom they interact with and what the interaction results are.
When the account managers are looking for customers for products or services they sell, the process starts with the Reporting Center. Using the Reporting Center, an account manager can assemble qualitatively and quantitatively suitable set of prospective customers (suspects). Thereafter, the application creates the relevant entries in the Sales Processing Center.
From the Sales Processing Center account managers can quickly gather information about each customer, using the Info Dimensions™ feature. People who know him/her button and the related company internal social network service provide lists of people who have interacted with the suspect in the past. The latter information can help with cold calling and to initiate the sales process. Deliverables button provides a list of other currently available products and services for add-on selling. Further, SalesGetter™ CRM can (and should) be integrated with company's emailing software, so that application users can save sales process management related emailing information.
