Experience
	01/09-Present Founder/Owner of CreativityModel Enterprises, Inc. Company's website, CreativityModel.com, will provide creativity management and development online solutions. On the business side, the focus will be on ads sales, blog development, founding team assembly, and then on online community building, training of online specialists, and on offering to different target markets online training exercises and training programs that can increase personal and professional productivity, effectiveness and success rate and produce measured results. Another site, TechnologyConnectedCompany.com will document this technology connected company's (a.k.a. virtual company) step-by-step development process in blogging environment.
	•	Put together specifications for WordPress based custom designed website and its efficiency increasing Content Management System. Website first version will contain informative and educational content and blogging functionality. Designed the site, symbol, logo, site architecture and navigation structure, wrote the content for the website. Now working on the site functionality development with an offshore team. My task areas include client side project management, business analysis, findability, including search engine optimization (SEO), usability engineering, testing and quality controlling.
	08/08-12/08 As expert-level Access developer, worked through Sapphire Technologies for Brown Brothers Harriman, one of the oldest and largest partnership banks in the United States.
	•	Developed Data Processing Application for Brown Brothers Harriman Billing Department. The Application imports data from Excel and CSV files, processes data for billing purposes, identifies any exceptions, and separates the exceptions from the rest of the data for different type of data processing, and allows the users to export the billing-related data into another database (that was built in the mid 1990s using Smalltalk).
	•	Developed Issue Tracking Application for Brown Brothers Harriman Billing Department. The Application helps to manage sub-custodian banks payment discrepancy solving issues.
	•	Developed Trade Repairs Data Processing Application for Brown Brothers Harriman Billing Department. The Application keeps track of all the trade repairs billing data and generates on demand relevant Excel workbooks, using automation. Users of Excel 2000 have the ability to put hundreds of thousands, or if needed, millions of records of data into Excel workbooks, regardless of Excel's worksheet limitations.
	04/08-07/08 As expert-level Access developer, worked through Kelly Engineering Services for Covidien, (formerly Tyco Healthcare), large healthcare device and supply company.
	•	Developed Benefits Auditing Database Application for Covidien Human Resources Department. The Application imports different type of data from Excel workbooks, so that the Application user can compare the imported data and identify fields that contain discrepancies. Results can be put into Excel.
	•	Developed Duplicate Auditing Database Application for Covidien Human Resources Department. The Application imports data from Excel and another database, so that the Application users can compare the two sets of data, and identify duplicate entries and matching entries within the two data sets. Application provides information for deciding, which rows of data should be deleted. Results can be put into Excel.
	08/07-Present Founder/Owner of Project Developer, Inc., custom database application development company.
	•	Designed and developed company website, a proprietary search engine and wrote website content.
	•	Developed SalesGetter™ CRM sales planning and management application prototype that can be customized for individual companies needs. If a company does not already use a comprehensive suite of similar tools, SalesGetter™ CRM has the potential to increase company's total sales by 10% or more.
	09/04-07/07 IT Project Manager, InfoTrends, Inc. (www.InfoTrends.com), leading international market research and strategic consulting firm for the digital imaging and document solutions industries.
	•	Interviewed users, put together application functionality specifications and prototypes, verified the planned functionality with the application user representatives, wrote application Users Guides.
	•	Responsible for identifying necessary project development steps, resources needed, putting together project development timetable, and ensuring that the project participants were informed about their responsibilities.
	•	Handled application programming tasks, automation (data transfers between Access, Excel, Word, SQL Server, uploading, downloading, different formats, including CSV), application architecture, navigation structure, user interface design. Did quality control throughout the project, verifying that the agreed on functionality pieces and features function as needed. Ensured that the agreed on product was delivered to the users on time.
	•	Developed Events Management Application that decreased application usage-related labor needs and increased user convenience and accuracy. Application users can plan and manage any number of different events year after year with minimized need for data entry.
	•	Developed Research Application that cleanses inputted lists of data and allows working with research-specific portions of data using list marketing principles.
	•	Occasionally provided miscellaneous network administration and help desk support.
	02/02-08/04 Database application developer/independent contractor.
	•	Primary customer was Fleet Bank (now part of Bank of America) and its Branch Training Departments in Woonsocket, RI, in Dedham MA and in Waltham MA. Developed a scheduling application, training results storage and analysis application, and a training calendar creating application.
	•	Interviewed users, did gap analysis, put together application specifications and Users Guides, handled database development, programming, user interface design, quality control, training.
	07/96-02/02 International business and sales (sports apparel, gift items), then sales in the US (Toyota vehicles, furniture), then research assistance, IT and Web development support, database development.

	09/90-05/96 B.A. in economics with psychology, philosophy and business management as 3 minors - Rhode Island College, Providence, RI. Graduated magna cum laude with both College and General Education Honors.
