Project Developer, Inc. is looking for independent contractors for the following:
-Sales and Service Specialist
-Project Developer

Sales and Service Specialist

-Independent contractor can work part-time or full-time. If working part-time, the minimum weekly workload should be specified 2 weeks in advance.
-High commission.
-Preferred location: Massachusetts or another New England state. Other locations will be considered as well.
-Compared to competitors, Project Developer, Inc. offers high quality solutions at competitive prices. Most of the competition offers either high quality or low prices, but not both. So, this company's products and services sales has a very substantial growth potential.
You will sell both SalesGetter™ CRM (which is a specific software product) and custom database application development services in general. So, you have something to sell to a large portion of the target market.
The total cost of most projects will be between $5,000 and $50,000.
You have to handle customer relationship management as well and are expected to work on both short-term and long-term prospects and customers accounts, so that you have a mix of earning opportunities.
-This is a results-driven job. You must be able to work well independently, without requiring supervision. Your sales manager and the project developer(s) with whom you will work will support you.
Up to 50% travel may be required. Even when on the road, daily communication with the co-workers is expected. Further, you must document your work using a custom developed database application.
Ideal candidates can be characterized by the following:
•Reliable and dedicated self-starter and go-getter who is an excellent closer
•Excellent internet search and cold calling skills
•Ability to find both short-term and long-term prospects and to turn prospects into active accounts
•Excellent in-person, phone, email and other types of verbal and written communication skills (in English)
•Good understanding of software application development process
•Previous business-to-business software application development service sales experience preferred
•Outstanding customer service aptitude and excellent customer service skills
•Ability and willingness to work in an environment where technology connects dispersed participants
•Ability and willingness to handle different development stage projects and accounts
•Interest in learning to handle project developer's tasks

-60% project developer, 20% sales associate, 20% customer service representative. (Being a project developer means, among other things, also providing customer service.)

-Most of the time you will work independently, but closely with other people at Project Developer, Inc. and with customer company employees. Daily communication with co-workers is expected.

•Excellent strategic thinking skills, thorough, very reliable and dedicated, and combines mature thinking with youthful energy
•Self-starter and go-getter who gets things done
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English); outstanding ability to explain things in writing concisely and clearly
•Previous experience is closely related to project developer's tasks
•Outstanding customer service aptitude and excellent customer service skills
•Ability and willingness to work in an environment where technology connects dispersed participants
•Ability and willingness to perform Sales and Service Specialist's tasks
