Overview of My Previous Work Experience
This section is divided into three main parts.
- Creativity Management Method Development subsection describes in broad terms CreativityModel Method development project. I worked on this project from early 2009 to mid 2011.
- CRM Sales Software Selecting and Customization Processes subsection addresses sales CRM software application selection and development related topics and presents SalesGetter CRM prototype as an example.
- SalesGetter CRM related work was 2007 highlight for me. The prototype contains sales process management and planning tools that enable to assess performance related aspects, to determine the accounts that each salesperson is or was working on, the results that were generated and aspects that can be improved. Application's functionality parts can be further customized as needed. Production environment application can be built using any relational database backed software.
- Previous Work subsections provide examples that represent my work from 2001 to 2006, and include descriptions of banking-related, sales, marketing, events management, data processing, auditing, scheduling, forecasting, issue tracking and other business and research applications, reports and self-service report centers.
This section covers selected parts of my work. Additionally, in 2008 I developed two applications for Covidien, (formerly Tyco Healthcare), large healthcare device and supply company, and three applications for Brown Brothers Harriman, one of the oldest and largest partnership banks in the United States. These applications are not described here, but they are briefly described in the Work History subsection. Further, my application development work from prior to 2001 is not represented here. I did some relevant work already in the 1990s as well.
